Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band dependent out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is created from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his adolescence family member, Spencer Smiths (drums), inclusive of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).

To promote their music, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) as a result of his LiveJournal website. Impressed by the band, Wentz in my view met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band launched their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which could debut at #112 on the Billboard 2 hundred album charts.
Featured in Spin mag as their band of the day in early October 2005, attaining #1 on the MySpace chart, and regularly staying in PureVolumes Top 10 chart, may best help develop the bands popularity. An appearance on MTVs TRL on January 17, 2006, on the superior in their music video for I Write Sins Not Tragedies, also helped garner the band much exposure.
To date, the bands 2005 debut album, A Fever you Cant Sweat kpop b2b Out has sold over 750,000 devices. The band is currently headlining a North American summer season tour with The Dresden Dolls and The Hush Sound, a band also signed to Decaydance.
